Personal data, together with contact and other information, will be collected and used for the purpose of providing Toastmaster / Master of Ceremonies services, and all data as such will be processed lawfully and fairly.

Personal information may include, but not be limited to, individual names, postal addresses, telephone and mobile numbers, and e-mail addresses.  Personal information will be held securely on a personal computer, mobile devices, and on hard copy at the address below.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless with the consent of the data subject(s). However, in certain legal situations, it may be necessary to disclose your personal information.

You have a right at any time to request in writing a copy of the information held about you. You have the right to request in writing that such information be deleted.
