Standard English Wedding

On your wedding day, I will arrive at the venue at least 90 minutes before your guests and ensure that it is ready to receive you and your guests and to resolve any problems that might arise.
I will greet and welcome your guests as they arrive, answer any questions, and ensure that arrangements are in place for the elderly, the disabled and guests with special needs. I will organise the confetti tunnel after the civil ceremony, if required
During the reception, I will look after you and your guests, encouraging them to look at the table plan to save time later. I will assist your photographer with the group shots so that no one is missing or left out.
I will organise the receiving line and call the guests forward to be received, or call the guests to tables, in a timely manner before the formal entry of Bride and Bridegroom. I will claim the attention of guests for Grace (if you choose), informal toasts, the cake-cutting, speeches and toasts, and lead the formal exit of Bride and Bridegroom after the meal.
(It is, of course, possible to have the speeches and toasts before the meal, and to cut the wedding cake just before the Bride and Bridegroom’s first dance; this a matter of your choice.)
I will greet your evening guests as they arrive, and at the agreed time I will organise and introduce the throwing of the Bride’s bouquet and the first dance before handing over to the DJ/band for the rest of the evening.
Please be assured that I will at all times work with your best interests in mind.
